Frequently Asked Questions

This programme will run for 1 month. Programme period: 18th November 2019 – 22nd December 2019.
You must Apply Online in accordance with the instructions as set out in Medklinn promotional materials.
1) You must be a resident of Malaysia with a minimum age of 23 years.
2) You must have both Instagram and Facebook account.
3) You must ensure that your Instagram and Facebook profile is set to public.
4) You must own a pet
Yes, you must first pay the full amount. Upon meeting all the requirements, 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.
You must Apply Online and follow the steps required.
You must meet all the Posting Requirements and follow the Posting Schedule.
1) You must post on your Instagram & Facebook when you un-box the Versa 25 or Versa 45.
2) You must post 2 times per week (every Wednesday & Friday) during the Programme Period.
3) All your posting must follow the weekly theme.
4) All your postings must insert the captions required.
5) You must tag medklinn.malaysia on Instagram.

The “Pet Lovers User Experience” Programme consists of 1 unit of Versa 25 (RM669) or Versa 45 (RM869).
You can submit photos processed and edited by camera applications, editing applications, software, etc. You may submit colour or black and white photos. Superimposed photos are not allowed and will result in disqualification.
Versa 25 which is rated to cover up to 250 square feet comes in Rose Gold while Versa 45 covering up to 450 square feet comes in Classic Titanium.
