Terms & Conditions of the 14 Day Risk Free Guarantee (“Guarantee”)

1. The Guarantee period is 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
2. The Guarantee is only applicable for purchases made at Medklinn Official Online Store (www.medklinn.com/ca/online-store).
3. Refunds will not be provided without a Return Authorization number ( to be provided by Medklinn support – customercare.ca@medklinn.com)
4. The Guarantee is only applicable for units that have not been tampered with, dropped, damaged, or deemed (by Medklinn) to be misused. Condition of the unit will be determined by Medklinn after receiving and inspecting the unit.
5. A customer can only return up to a maximum of TWO (2) units of any models during their lifetime.
